It’s a new week with new possibilities. This week I am sharing my love for yoga and few thoughts about self love. These pictures were taken last year, and I have come far from then to now. Keep your eyes on the blog, I will be soon posting some progress pictures and the journey from then to now.
So here we go, let’s talk about Self Love.
My whole teaching is this ” accept yourself, love yourself and celebrate yourself “
It sounds so simple ” accept yourself, love yourself and celebrate yourself” however it just until recently I came to realise that I did everything in the same oder but just for others. Some time we act or do things without self awareness. I don’t understand why is it so hard for us to be gentle and kind to ourself? Until you don’t realise it you wouldn’t act on it. So here is something to get you started.
I believe practice makes anything possible. So let’s practice self love until turns into our habit or rituals we can’t live without.
- Write notes to yourself, AKA what I like to call it is “Love letters for myself”. Write how amazing you are, how great your health is, how happy you are with your life, write everything good what you need to hear on a bad day.
- Talk to yourself like you will talk to someone you love. This might sound very simple but it’s one of the hardest thing to do.
- Eat like you love yourself.
- Move, walk, exercise, yoga. Pick a activity that you enjoy.
