Most of you must be familiar with this dress over pants hybrid. Since, this been floating around for quite some time. Few celebrities really shocked the fashion world when they showed up in this combo for big red carpet events. This trend can be so much fun and experimentally, from flirty mini to oversized slouchy look. Like the one I am wearing in these pictures. I am a huge fan of oversized flowy dresses, for warmer days I would loose the pants and just go with the dress and sneaker combo.

Would you try it? If you get inspired to try this combination then I highly recommend checking out Monki for their ultra cool long slouchy dress section. They always stock this slouchy fitted and slightly nerdy tailored dresses.

I seriously thank god for my job, because I can wear whatever the hell I want to work. It’s such a relief to wake up in the morning and walk into my closet and pick whatever I feel like it. I let my imagination be in charge. I find inspiration in everything; people, place, colour, movie and more.

Would you laugh if I say I dressed like Julia Roberts from Pretty women after watching the movie? It was a perfect girls night; food, wine, catch up and Pretty Women. I woke up the next morning and I knew what I was feeling. Denim skirt, crisp white shirt tied at the waist, big hair and over the knee boots. So excited about my outfit and people to guess. I had few positive hits and they know the inspiration behind the look. Bam… Mission accomplished. My outfit choices say a lot about how I am feeling and what mood I am in. So next time you bump into me you better be ready to do some guess work.

After few days of rain and dropping temperatures and just when we had enough, It was almost 10 degrees with sun. Amsterdam is a most beautiful city when the sun is shinning. I was happy and determined to catch some sun even If I had to work all day. I had a lunch date with a friend and we also managed to get few shoots in the sun. Over all, what a gorgeous day! Now we are looking forward to more sunny days like these. Hopefully the winter is over.

Classic, versatile and timeless. White shirts are everything. Any women can look effortless and great without trying too hard. I believe their is a white shirt to suit every occasion. I personally have few of them to take me through every weather, occasion and mood.

So easy to style and perfect for women on the go. They would save the trouble of carrying too much and yet offer few versatile looks. From prim and proper office look to downtown messy rolled up sleeves for after work drinks.

Every girl should have 2 things in her closet; LBD & Button down white shirt.

Sartorial guide for transitioning into Autumn

S5

Hi Lovelies! Are you ready for another manic Monday? Last week was amazing! I managed to get few things off my long pending to do list. I finally had the courage to face my phone disaster. After all, it wasn’t as bad I imagined to be. Apple replaced my water damaged phone with a brand new IPhone 6 for half the price. That means exciting new stories on snapchat and track full of selfies on Instagram. Haha… just kidding 🙂 The second best thing was booking my travel to Dubai and India. So, If you in Dubai and want to catch up for a coffee or dance, call me!

Pink suit by TOPSHOP, Sunglasses RAY BAN, Shoes by TOPSHOP

Here is guide to look effortlessly chic for autumn. Get ready to stock up on those timeless and weather friendly pieces. Fitted turtlenecks, trench coats, dark denims, high boots and faux fur are some of the pieces that never go out of style.

Colour coordinating/one colour suit

Colour coordinating is the next big trend and it’s here to stay. Prada AW2015 girls looked young, vibrant and very lady like. Double breasted Salmon pink suit was my favourite look from the show. Well, I did manage to get my hands on this dream suit without going bankrupt. Seriously, thank god for TOPSHOP.

Outwear

Do you understand the feeling when you not sure which coat to wear? And 90% of the time end up feeling too cold or too hot? Transitioning into autumn is always going to be the difficult one. Choosing the right coat is the key to keep you safe from the unexpected showers to dropping temperatures. Long autumn trench to heavier leather jackets are my personally favourite. They are easy to layer underneath and super easy to get ride of if needed.

Layer me baby

The best thing about autumn/winter is I get to bring out my turtlenecks. Cold weather mean only one thing and one thing. Bring on the turtlenecks! They play a very important part in layering this autumn/winter outfits.

Cold feet

Everyone wants cosy feet during this weather, but this shouldn’t mean compromising on your style. This winter we have so much to choose from. Few of my favourites are thigh high, ankle sock boots, fury feet and Mary Jane.

The hush before the winter. Happy fall everyone 🙂

White dress by H&M AW15 Studio, White sneakers by Nike Roshe, Black shorts by DIY (me),

Good Morning lovers! Guess what… the dream team is back! After powering suiting for the first time we couldn’t wait to work together. This time around we bringing something different and real. So welcome to our world.

My name is Sita Sunar and I am a stylist. My life is anything but boring. People seek my help to re-vamp their wardrobe, find the perfect dress for an occasion or simply like to try something different. Everyday is an adventure working as personal stylist. I love working with clothes and I do not dread Monday.  Blogging is my escape and an hobby. Here I get to say and do what I like. Since, my blog is about fashion and fitness. I have to be committed to it. Well, there are days when I fall for temptations. Well, It’s the discipline that teaches me to get back at it.  My typical day will start around 6.30-7am. If I do not have to work on my blog, I go for a quick 20mins run, shower and get dressed for work. Monday mornings is when I have to finish my blog post (like today), post it, 10 minutes yoga, shower and get ready for work. As I mentioned my job is anything but boring. I meet at least 10 to 15 new people everyday. I personally love working with real women who need my help. I finish work around 7ish and run straight home. Coming home to my beautiful cats is the best thing ever. I take about half hour break, have a quick snack and go to the gym. Well, things are bit different if I have planned some after work activities. Since, I have to work the most weekends. I plan my nights out according to my mood. I like to spend my days off working on my blog. It could be from shooting an outfit, working on a fitness video to finding a new inspiration.

If you are an aspiring fashion Stylist, this what you need to know:

1)It’s all about the internship: Intern for a stylist, become their assistant. This industry works by recommendations.

2) Build you work: In the beginning it is hard to make easy money. Your priority should be about getting your self out there.

3) Research and keep your self updated: Researching different looks, making appointments, gathering all the pieces for a look. It’s a lot of screen time!” Knowing the industry and what’s new is important.

4) Be confident and know yourself: Last but not least. Know your style and strength and don’t be scared to show it off.

Hope this helps you to get started.

Have a lovely week and see you soon.

Love,

It’s almost Autumn and what better way to welcome the sweater weather than with a crop knit. This Autumn learn how to rock a crop top to your university, office & casual date nights.

Back to University look: Are you looking to take this trend to the university? Than don’t forget to keep it young & fresh. Go for cool abbreviated sweater crops for cute young look. Emoji are everyones favourite! So, it’s not that hard to find a crop sweater with these cool figures to achieve a quirky look.

Office look: Wearing crop tops to work could be bit tricky. However, you can still wear this trend to work and still look sophisticated and professional. Give your classic denim a update and pair them with a knit sweater. Choose high waisted jeans to avoid showing a lot. A nice pair of gilet over is a good way to cover against the office air conditioning.

Casual date night: Don’t we all want to look perfect for our date nights? Yes, I do! Since we are talking about weather proof dress code. We want to cover our legs and let TOP be the hero. Pair your denim with a sheer-paneled shirt and a bralette underneath.

Don’t let winter bring you down. Get up. Dress up. Make up. And look flawless!

It’s monday morning and happy to not start my day with tourists screaming outside my window. If you follow me on snapchat… the chances are, you know what I am talking about. For the rest of you, last week we celebrated Sail Amsterdam 2015. It’s a once every 5 year event and the tiny city of Amsterdam is inflated with 2 million tourist. As much as I enjoyed it, I am so happy it’s finally over.

Fall winter 2015-2016 is all about celebrating your own personal style. Punk, Pastels for winter, Vinly, Military Style, Velvet nights the list goes on. As we continue to see 70’s boho influence transition into fall & winter. Pretty florals and pussy bow tie is the key for this season. As for me I love both and can’t wait to share my own outfits and look.

Style is very personal and clothing is a form of self expression. There is always going to be hint of how we are and what we feel. So, this look is a mix & match of punk rock into 70’s boho sort of patch work. Some times I like to wear all black look and throw in some splashes of colour. The best thing about shooting this look was the UNEXPECTED location. It definitely adds some grunge to feeling to it.

Have a great week everyone 🙂

SUMMER SUIT

Hola! Are you looking for monday morning outfit inspiration? Learn how to rock hot pants at work without feeling too naked. Well, this look is inspired by the Dior and Louis Vuitton resort girls. When temperate rise up and trousers seems like a terrible idea.  This is something I would wear all summer and not complain. Summer means only one thing. Hot Pants! This years resort collection was all about legs. So don’t be afraid to show some leg this summer.

I am in love with this Topshop Co-ords. In fact, this Tuxedo blazer will be my favourite to transition into fall. One styling tip to make you look chic and yet office appropriate. Keep your hemline length shorter and finish it off with chic blazer to create the balance look for the day.

Lovers don’t forget to share your summer suit looks and #cocolettstyle.

Happy monday!

It’s FRIYAY! Are you excited about the weekend? Well, I am looking forward to mine. Working in retail means working weekend… Well, as much as I Love my job, I do look forward to time off on weekends.

Today I wanted to blog about something fun. So here I am sharing some of the pictures from our holiday. How I wish to be back in that island, where afternoon napes and good food was the only  agenda.

I am so excited to have days off when the sun is shinning. Living in holland you got to appreciate these few sunny days! Happy weekend and I want to hear about your weekend adventures.

Sita xoxo
